hello all

i just came back from a trip to toronto...after being there for a week... its a real nice country and it was as i expected i feel its a very nice place to live in and the people there are very nice. Now im thinking of actually starting my bunac there in end of october or november but i just want to make sure of a couple of things. Firstly is it possible (or wise) to rent a bachelor appartment by phoning from the uk to the renting agency...i took home with me the rentersnews magazine and had a flick through that and found some descent ones. I dont know if i should just stay at a hostel or just try to find a place to stay while im in uk. The thing is i dont want to worry about where to stay as soon as i get there.
