We have everyone clambering to give us a 65% mortgage no problem, we have been informed we can then get a 2nd mortgage for downpayment, is a private mortgage lender then the best place to go for this, any help people.

That's what we did first time round, it worked out expensive, but it covered the shortfall until the house in the UK was sold. I wouldn't however recommend the one we used.
