Mortgage broker - Nova Scotia

Hi,
I'm looking for a good mortgage broker to help me get a non-resident mortgage for an investment property. Please can I ask for recommendations? (based on personal experience only!).
Thanks :)

So is Waterloo, Ontario, off the books now or are you still planning on moving there? Brokers tend to be City and/or Province centric - and licensed, so no point in offering my broker name to you if you are planning on buying in Nova Scotia. :)
