Monthly apartment/house rental Toronto
Allo,
Can anyone recommend a place to rent for a month in Toronto? We've got a few we're watching. We're wanting to spend no more than 2,500 for the month. Tks in advance.

Hi I was given sunnynewcomer.com.
I am going to staying there for a month, and they do have private 2 bed suites. It should be well under your budget.

Enquire for the dates you want and check out the cost.

I looked into that place. I think it is up near Fairview Mall but I could be mistaken, this was all a couple of years ago. I shunned it in favour of a similar establishment, but in Scarborough. That's saying something.
Then again, a place to sleep is a place to sleep.

Tks all.
Found a place in Cabbagetown, ironic, flying in from Mayo.
Dealing with a couple of landlords so far has been a real trip back into the strange world of some Canadians!
After staying for the first month in 'Shagnasty Villas' when we moved to Vancouver a few years back im going for somewhere nice this time.

I just hope it's actually Cabbagetown and not "greater Cabbagetown".

No idea if it is the same, this GB was set up by an Australian guy. Top notch grub, if a little pricey.
For breakfast, head to Johnny G's. Cheap and plenty of it, usually a queue out the door at weekends.
Can't help you with the sushi choices, the whole raw fish thing is just wrong, plain wrong.

The traditional attitudes of Ireland toward food have been very depressing for my wild culinary tastes. My Dad is 80 and still incredibly proud of not liking anything. And still mentions cats when Chinese is bought.
Mind you, i'll miss my wild north Atlantic trout i get from round the corner.
Ooh Johnny G's looks v good!

Knock off a few years and your dad could be mine. No good can come from eating foreign muck, that includes pasta, rice and lettuce.
Fish = St Lawrence market.
