Money Transfer to Quebec
 

good day all,


Anyone used or recommend a good FX Company to make a money wire to Quebec from a UK bank account (I'm no longer living in UK)?

I was told about HiFX but due to some financial regulations, these guys can't accept to transfer money to any Bank in the Quebec province.
suggestions?

Hi Mouradb,

I use a currency company so let me know if you want their details. Have had no problems with them at all and rates are really good.

I have also set up an account with HSBC called HSBC Expat and they can help with money transfers too.

Whatever you do, don't use Citi Bank. I have found them extremely difficult to use and their rates are terrible. My HSBC account has only just set up so I can't say how good/bad their rates are.

Please do share the currency company details as i'm looking for people who had this kind of experience with them as well,
there is an HSBC Branch here in Montreal close to where I'm and I will go and see them for this.
