Hello guys

I recently sent off my app to cpc-m and inclosed a copy of my imm1017 which was completed in canada. I relised the mistake and conatcted CIC about this they told me to change the destination on the from to the london visa office and include a copy in the app so they can match up my immgration file to my medical in london. I have done this and now it has been sent back saying i need the correct paperwork and to send it in 90 days

the medical was done on an in canada medical and not an out of canada medical the im1017 was photocopied for the application

any suggestions apart from sending to vegereville instead and get my visa after getting a return ticket to canada as i had to go back to uk to work and earn money and preferably not pay for another medical in uk at 110 quid a pop?

Contact them again and talk with them about the issue, your file might have gone to a different person woh didn't realise you have sent the information.

Worth a try.
