Question Medical certificates

Hi again,

So another question is. Did you get medical certificates and dental records before leaving the uk? I am wondering whether I should get them as I know getting medical records will cost a fair wack of money.

Thanks : )

Got them.they are still sat in our safe ty deposit box seven years later. Untouched.

If you have kids get records of vaccinations. You'll need them for school

There's no need. Get vaccination records and maybe medication details but otherwise if the records are needed then they can be asked for.

Easy to get. Just fill in form at your GP. There is a charge per page for copying with a max of £50.
My wifes cost £17 and is over an inch thick! mine was £4!

Been very useful here. each of the specialists my wife sees borrowed them to check her medical history before carrying out treatment.

didn't get dental records as my wifes teeth are perfect and I can take mine out for the local dentist to inspect!!

Oh, forgot to say my wife's records included copies of all letters from consultants etc to her GP. Very useful.

If you wait for your doctors here to request the records then there would be no charge.
