Medical / ADHD

I am fit and well and in good general health and have no conditions that I know of I have 2 questions however. When I was 7 I was told I had ADHD and had medication for this and have not taken any or needed any treatment for ADHD since I was 9 I am now 24.

Does having ADHD stop you from getting into Canada

Do your Medical Records get requested as part of your application by the Doctor or the visa office

Thanks

It wont affect you, I have OCD which is classed as a mental illness just like ADHD, as if I need an excuse to be labelled mentally ill - cluck cluck gibber gibber my old mans a mushroom baaaaa mooooo baaaaa ;)

Anyway they never asked for records. As far as Im aware the medical is to make sure you dont have anythign very serious like Cancer, HIV, HEP etc and would therefore be a huge drain on the Canadian health care (OHIP and such like).
