Default Mail Forwarding from UK to BC

Hi All,

Has anyone any experience with mail forwarding? Any advice? I know Royal Mail do offer a service for up to 2 years but I wondered if any of these forwarding companies are worth considering? They have features such as scanning your mail and emailing to you etc etc. Thanks

Probably not helpful, but we used the services of My Mum ltd. We forwarded our mail in the UK to her, and she takes photos of anything important with her iPad and emails the pics to us.

We just used royal mail forwarding for 6 months. Never had any issue with it and was pretty quick and reliable.

My sister who lives in the US uses our mother who scans and emails everything to her.

I just changed my address with everything that mattered and let the junk mail go unanswered.

I did something similar, but I first did mail forwarding with Royal Mail for 3 months, so that I had an idea of where the mail was coming from. And then I contacted the relevant companies and gave them our Canadian address.

I have arranged for mail forwarding to BC for a year with Royal Mail. The letters come sealed in a RM cellophane cover and it has been efficient so far. It cost £167 for the year. They even forward my magazine mailings, although parcels are not to be forwarded. Pity!
