lost passport due to canada post
 

Hi all the canadian post seems to have lost my passport between calgary and washington any one have a contact number I can call to check to see if they have it or not.

sent it registered post was told that was good enough but when i called the help line they said i should have not sent it that way.

how long should i wait before reporting it lost
