Quarterly forecasts for Canada show prices to be flat for 2018 with Ontario average price of $575K, showing how GTA has a big impact compared to places like London, Ontario

Then again they didn't forecast the slump in the spring... I'm just watchin and waiting... I'm anticipating that by the late spring we will know if prices are going down or up
