Why? All the other houses will also go up in value so unless you are relocating (again) there is no real value in it (other than inheritance).

House value increases....more money can be borrowed against it on a secured line of credit. Value of inheritence decreases

Noone said it was a good idea, but it seems to be how everyone, even the cheap help, seems to drive a Caddy Escalade in LA!

We noticed youare from the East Midlands, are you anywhere near Burton-on-Trent, we live about 4 miles from Burton. We are due to move around April 2006, how far down the process are you?

What does your husband do, as we also need an industrial area as my husband is a maintenance engineer.
