Hi everyone,
i'm leaving the UK for Canada next month,and was wondering if i need to tell any UK authorities that i'm departing,

There's a form you can fill in to reclaim overpaid tax by telling them you're moving abroad: P85, I think.

The UK is a free country, you don't need to inform the government that you are leaving, where you are going etc.

Even if they did keep a record it would go missing as seemingly UKBA had a bad record at keeping records. Perhaps the new agency might be better? :rofl:
