I am unsure if there are Learning Dissibility Nurses, but there are a variety of workshops and resources centres for Special Needs.
I know because I work in one of them.
Check out it's website to see if that is what your looking for.

Does your training include general as I am not sure if learning disability is accepted by the CRNNS, I know mental health isn't
