Health insurance
Well we are two weeks away from heading across to BC to start a new chapter in our lives
We need to arrange insurance for the first three months before we get health cover, dies anyone have any advice on good companies to go with for cover.
My son is heading in on a IEC visa so I know he needs a separate insurance and have found one that looks ok for him
Appreciate any advice 😀😀

There's a few companies listed under 'one way insurance' and 'before medicare starts' in the wiki that may be of use to you.

Re: Health insurance
Register for your BC Health card AS SOON as you arrive - even if you register on the LAST day of a calendar month, then the WHOLE month counts, so you would only need insurance cover for 2 months + the number of days left in the month that you register.
Found this out when we registered my daughter on 31st July!
