kelowna meet up
 

hello all. This is just quick last minute meet up for any guys in Kelowna. The girls from Brits2Kelowna are having a girls night out this Saturday so I thought I would post on here in case there were any guys wanting to join the hubbies of said girls night out for a curry and a beer. Anyhow if anyone is interested please PM me or reply to this post or log onto the Brits2kelowna site (see bottom) - it will be this Saturday night at the curry house downtown...

Thanks for the invite of the night out, I would of loved to of come, but we're off to Big White this weekend, bad timing! :(
Next time you're out though, give us a shout as we're usually up for a night out!

no worries. Is this your first session at big white this year.. I have a very understanding boss so I have been up a few times this week before starting work - totally awesome way to start the day !!

It's our first time up there boarding, can't wait!
I work some pretty freaky hours! So with a bit of luck we'll be going up quite a lot in the week as well. I picked up my shiny new snowboard yesterday, so I'm ready to go!
Going up this weekend, next weekend and between Christmas Eve and New Years. I'm like an excited kid at the moment and my wife hates me :o

Your bum will hurt, though for all the right reasons!! Get a wrist guard if you are snowboarding as I understand that if you don't land on your backside you tend to land on your front with all your weight being deposited on your wrists- awesome fun though! I have left my wife a photo of me so that she remembers what I look like during ski season.
Had to start work the other day with a whopping bruise on my left leg, got carried away on my last run and wiped out 20 feet down the hill, the worst part is trying to retrieve the skis!!
May see you up at the hill then , hope you enjoy your session this weekend!
ps sometimes they have Caffreys at Snowshoe Sams...
