Judy Sgro
The recently departed minister for immigration Jusy Sgro was indeed handing out permits for favours. More corruption from the incumbent government, or just plain incompetence.

Just goes to prove the not what you but who you know. Ihor Wons used the job to supply visa's wonder what else was given apart from "working on the campaign" !!
