Has someone an idea how can I get a job offer or know a company which is hiring foreign workers?

I applied for skill worker program however, I don't have enough points so I am looking for a job offer to complete my process. I have sent my resume to some companies but, it is almost impossible get something once I am not in Canada.
I don't have a city or province in mind, I can go to anywhere.

If you read the job hunting section of the Wiki (below), you'll see that sending your resume via email is pretty much useless. Canadians want personal contact - you need to phone people and then go over on a recce and meet them. Have a good read of it and it should help you a lot.

Have a look at the OUP lists and see if your occupation is on any of them, and if so, focus on that/those provinces as it will mean your potential employer will only have had to have advertised the job for a week before proving no Canadian can/will do it, rather than the normal 3 months.

And finally, if you have the extra points from the arranged employment, does that give you enough to apply for PR?

Best of luck. :)

This link is for the society of Graphic Designers, you might be able to find a list of companies and their contact information to send your CV

Re: JOB OFFER IN CANADA

Hi:
My wife has been a graphic artist/designer for 17 years in Quebec; she has worked for 1/2 doz. companies in that time, and has done many freelance jobs. Unfortunately, she claims that GDs are a dime a dozen and that the Canadian labour market caters to their own first. Sorry to discourage you, but it seems that as GD is a non-degree trade in Can., there are plenty of Canucks too fill local requirements. Keep looking by all means - and my wife suggests you contact BIG companies located in Toronto (high turnover of staff).
