After a couple of minutes trying to decipher your post I finally came up with

"I want to send something using Sterling Courier Service, has anybody used them and what services do they provide? - Thanks in advance (I put that last bit in myself)"

I haven't personally used them, however a quick Google search came up with this (I thnk it might be the right one there seems to be a couple of variations?) - the website will show you what services they offer.

No it's nothing , you're welcome ;)
