My OH is applying for PR and I am already receiving a private pension, and have investments in the UK....what is the best way of receiving the pension? Just to transfer it from the UK bank to Canadian account or are there implications with this? I am also unsure what to do about different investments in the stock market...Just leave them where they are or should I cash them in and reinvest when in Canada. What I am trying to say is are there any pitfalls that I need to be aware of ? We may need to put the investments as our available funds so I suppose we would need to cash them in ???? Any advice please
