Hi All,
I have my interview very soon. What I would like to ask is, Do you get told if you are successful with your PR application subject to medical, or not by the end of the interview?
Cheers
steve

Some officer will say something while others will not say anything at the end of
interview. Interview is just a small part of the entire approval process and final
decision is not made yet at the end of interview.

I'm not an expert, and the procedure may be different from post to post.
When I went for the interview in Seoul, S. Korea, if you were given the medical
papers at the end of the interview, the inerview was a success.
I didn't know that until I was given the big brown envelope containing the medical
forms... Then I realized that, while waiting in the lobby, I saw several people walk
out of the "interview area" with long faces - and no big, brown envelope while others
(fewer) had a look of satisfaction and joy - and a big, brown envelope! Also,
thinking back, I realize that most without the smiles came out of one side, while joy
seemed to be provided only at the other side.
Keeping this in mind, I never forget the good fortune that has been Bestowed upon me
- may such be yours too.

Some interviewers say at the end of the interview if application seems to be
successful subject to medical and background/security check, while majority don't
give applicants any clues.
