Initial assessment received

Yesterday i received my initial assessment (Interview waived) from buffalo for my application submitted in May 2002. There is a small problem with the medical forms received from buffalo. My photo is pasted on my son's form and vice versa . Does anyone else seen this type of problem ? . I would like to thank all the experts for providing their valuable advices free of cost to a lot of silent readers .

Hi - we applied through Buffalo and had a problem which needed resolving quite quickly, however we found that the Buffalo office doesn't publish a phone number on their website. They do publish some fax numbers though and we found that someone called us back quite quickly so I reckon it would be worth trying to fax them if you can and ask them the best procedure. Although you can easily transfer the photos yourself it may be worth checking that some of their other forms don't have the wrong photos attached as well which could cause more confusion further down the line. The fax numbers are FAX: (716) 852-2477 or (716) 858 9591. Buffalo's website is http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/can-am/...p?mid=5&cat=68 if you wanted to confirm that. (P.S If you fax them it may be handy to quote your case number.) :)
