Importing personal goods

I have just been informed my airfreight arrives on Sunday, i have been given a document checklist to take to customs with me, however I dont have a form B4E.
I did have a full GTF list with me when we got out TWP's but i was never asked for it, and after 3 hours arguing with the CBSA i totally forgot!
It does seem that GTF is normally for PR, so how much of a problem am i likely to have?

The boxes contain 3 bikes a tv and dont laugh... a collection of about 40 teddybears other than that its all winter clothing and books.

Because you came in on TWP status then no B4 was required. Take your TWP and proof of application or documentation that you have applied for PR.
Explain to CBSA that you were initially here on a TWP but are now or will becoming a PR. Give them a list of the goods and approx value and hopefully the BSO will use common sense and release the goods.

Payment of any applicable duties and the GST & PST or HST dependent upon Province.
Duty will range from 0 to 18% dependent on where goods manufactured.
Clothing and bedding would be the high rate of duties as probably not made in USA,Mexico or other countries where 0 duties.
Most items will attract the GST/PST or HST which is 12 to 15%.

All I can say is watch the news... If that happens there will be a story of an english man with pants on his head, pencils up his nose saying "wibble" found near the airport.

Blackadder you have to love it!
