why not get one of those window fugly air conditioner from the wally mart or crappy tire. you can get one for around 70 dollars. shove in the window of bedroom, stick it on hour before sleep time hey presto......:thumbup:

Is me, I do find living if you can that is, However I do find if you avoid living in air con world. The summer are not as hot humid feeling. I don't even using AC even in the car or at home. I went one year using air con. but i hate the felling of air con. it is like living in artificial world.

Humidifiers are only for basements to get rid of smells not to cool the hse down LOL.....

I've been NS twice -- once in July and another in August -- and both times the humidity was horrid. So bad that my hair would not dry naturally and living with stepson without a/c was unbearable. Had to leave and find a hotel.
