It was meant to be delivered tomorrow, but delivery was attempted today when I was unavailable, so we shall see what color I get tomorrow. Very quick turnaround and am very impressed with the service.

Packaged Picked up by DHL 9:22am on 13th March 2020

Quick query - because I haven’t got there yet - is it copies of every page, of Canadian passport, even ones with no stamps?
And does anyone know if passport processing is still continuing as normal?

Passports are being issued as normal. You’re asked to send a copy of every page but a copy of the bio-data page will suffice.

Once again, thanks for your advice - I have copies of the relevant bio-data and stamped pages but not the empty ones so will probably risk it if I don’t get the opportunity to do copies of the other pages.

Short version: Yes, every page.

You can try what I’ve done: scan every page and then put 6 pages on a piece of letter sized paper and then one page dedicated to the bio page. I think it ended up being 5 sheets for me instead of 32 or so sheets

I recently applied for a British passport from overseas. The service was extremely efficient and quick. The timeline was similar to your experience.

And yes, at this point all new British passports still seem to be burgundy in colour. Only ( sadly ) the reference to the European Union is missing.

Just sent my passport of to Durham today.Canada post are only offering express post now.
Cost me About $67.00 with 10 per cent discount.
no other shipping option was available .found that odd.
the Uk passport are saying now expect delays.
my passport doesn’t expire till 21st May.
so los of time.not that I can go anywhere lol.
how long does that express post take to get to the UK .God only knows the way things are at the minute with planes etc.
oh forgot to say the better half took a photo with her iPhone with white background and the meter on the application form said it was good.they crop it for you and then show you it for you’re approval.
kinda happy about getting that out of the way.

Yeah no dought I’ll take longer.as long as the UK receive it before the 21st of May before it expires 😂.
i would hate to start having to reapply for a new passport from Scratch.WOW.Ha
like I said earlier can’t go anywhere anyway lol.

I’m not sure that you have to apply from scratch? Mine has recently expired but just as I was going to start the renewal process, the system confirmed it was a renewal but asked to delay applying due to current circumstances. I’m currently out of Canada but as I’m a dual citizen, chose to travel on my Canadian one, as I planned to renew whilst in Europe. So now just waiting for things to normalize.
