how long for residency in NS?

hi folks,

how long is a canada residency application taking if you are currently in NS on a TWP??

british citizens.

Our pr application was submitted to Buffalo at the end of December/beginning of January. Just 2 weeks ago we heard that we'd been transferred to New York - they asked for our medicals within a week of receiving our papers!!!

Had medicals friday - we've been told that we could get our pr papers within 45-60 days. Keeping everything crossed.

Meant to add that we have been here a year now too - our twp expire on 14th September (we've renewed these too).
