How to change processing center?

Default How to change processing center?

In case i have to transfer my application processing center, how to do it, what URL of that site is?

You have to do it by mail and pay the $100 transfer fee.

I'm sure others on this forum will be able to confirm that if an immigration visa
application is tranferred, processing has to start again almost from the beginning in
the new office.
