i ended up going normal AC Toronto to Heathrow.
it was OK , about the same price as Transat.

Surprised at the negative comments about AC Rouge. I have done 3 round trips from Toronto to Lima and no real complaints. Well..you have to pay for food but not a big deal in my mind. The free food on the original AC flights was bad enough I would have paid to not have to eat it.
