'Sup with you???
I was just wondering what would make them choose a brand new area, given their circumstances ..... I never told them not to buy anywhere, so I don't really feel my sentiments can have that big effect on the housing market in general. Eh?
Maybe I should have said go buy a house in Tuscany! .... nice family area, brand new houses still being built if that's what they're after ....

I think everyone should live in a neighbourhood where the kids have to be bussed miles to school.

We bought the house !!!!!! you can understand why we just have to find a way to enjoy the neighbourhood. Selling after one yr is not realistic so we will be in Kinkora and watch it develop.

Are the roads quiet at the moment during the school hols? I drove Cochrane to 16th and 1st all last week in about 30 mins - and no speeding either Was actually quite impressed. And this was for a kid's camp with a 9am start.

No kids in school, holidays for adults and summer working hours all seem to make a difference.
