High Value Personal Artwork

Emigrating to Canada shortly and want to better understand the process of high vale personal items such as artwork valued at c.$100k.

Can someone confirm there will be no tax/duty on this?

Also if I’m not bringing the artwork into Canada with the shipment of all of my belongings can I bring them over at a later date in person?

Do I need to declare the artwork on the same form with the rest of my items or as it won’t be in the shipping container will it need its own form?

I’m married to a Canadian citizen, do I have to prove the artwork belongs solely to me?

Thanks in advance.

You are classified as a Settler and your wife is a Former Resident

Note that there is a value limit on any one article for Former Residents but none for settlers.
