Help Needed on Construction Electrician Red Seal!
 

Hi all

My husband just failed the Red Seal in BC for a second time, and ITA BC will only let him resit if he attends a refresher course. The only refresher courses we can find take place one day a week over the course of a couple of months. He needs one that lasts a week, tops. Anyone got any suggestions on this? He has a job when he gets to BC with the company he works for here but his employer won't sponsor him with a job offer due to the length of time the LMO takes and bad experiences in the past. No other job applications have come to fruition. We're at the end of a very long Red Seal-shaped tether here and on the verge of giving up the Canada dream. Anyone got a lifeline?

I don't know if the Industrial Electrician “Red-Seal” Exam Preparation Course (XELC 0790) at TRU is what he wants. It can be done on line. http://www.tru.ca/trades/constudies/...p_courses.html

There is an 8 day refresher course in Alberta don't when it is next offered. http://www.acelearningcentre.org/ip_...her_course.php
