First - please make up your mind. In another post (posted just 10 minutes
before this one) you wrote the following:

-----------------------------------------------
i have applied on independent category & received interview waiver &
gave my medical exam on april,2001.this medical expire after one year &
didn't received anything from visa office.after that they issued my
second medical exam so i had done on end of may,2002.
after five months of time i did'nt received from visa office.
so i think everything is ok but they r delaying in issuing my P.R. visa.
can anybody undergo this situation ,please help me.
thanks.
i applied from new delhi, india & right now in USA on H1B.
----------------------------------------------

So, what is it - you got your visa or are you still waiting for it?

As for your question below - first tell us when did you get married?
Before or after the application for Canadian immigration?
Before or after visa was issued?
Have you already landed as a PR in Canada?
