Help to get Credit in Halifax.

My neighbour informs me that they are now offering a service (in connection with either one or some credit unions) where they can set you up with credit as soon as you arrive in Halifax.

A copy of their Report :

AmyDavid,

Thanks for the link to the report, I quickly scanned through it and it is clear that the report agrees that the lack of credit recognition is a major problem for immigrants but I cant find any reference to any institutions offering a solution.

Can you let the forum have any other details from your neighbour?

Many thanks,

Dave and Jo.

You have to contact MISA and they will put you in touch with the relevant people.

Yeah - 10 boxes. Sometimes I wish we had sent it all over, but then it would have cost us a lot more to move from West to East.

Most of all I miss my old sofa...lol
