could some one please answer a couple questions for me .
a couple of years ago i was refused entry to usa at poe as on my last visit there i married a us citizen and was told as i didnt declare this on entering i was being refused . (how on earth was i to know he was going to propose ?) anyway so now i cant travel there on vwp have to get a visitor visa for vaccation ,am now divorced . so question is when i travel to canada on vaccation this year is it ok to go on vwp and is there anything like the i 94w i have to fill in on arrival? will i have to declare my refusal to usa when entering canada? and do the states and canada share refusal info at poe? i just want a hassle free holiday!!!! so would be real gratefull if anyone could fill me in on the info. thanks |

Best to confirm in the canada immigration area, but AFAIK US immigration woes are irrelevent to entry to canada.
