Hello from Calgary!
 

Hiya! We're Ray and Niki, originally from North Wales, but now in Calgary. Lovin it so far but would love to chat to fellow Brits here and get some advice, etc. Also anyone know how to get Brit TV here cos Heartland just aint cutting it for me :p

Hello and welcome to Canada. :thumbup: I originally hail from The Rhondda in South Wales. Been here 3 years and don't really worry about british programes. We get Corrie, Eastenders and a load of other old old half hour programs but they are so old. I watch the occassional Ab Fab but that's about it.

I am sure there is someone on here with a link that you can use.

Well for Footy I use Setanta (cable) or atdhe( dot )net for live streaming games.

I have also watched a bunch of tv using torrents.

I'm originally from Manchester and so that's kinda like Wales really - I mean I spent most of my summers in Llandudno or Conway Castle or climbing Snowden!

I agree with Lorna that after a while you won't really be all that fussed with British tv and instead you will become accustomed to watching s**t docusoaps on TLC about men who are 3ft tall, bake cakes, have 23 wives and reposses cars on the side.
