Hi I'm currently a Project Manager in the NHS, Please can someone help me understand what working from alberta health services is like as a non clinical manager?

Are former NHS staff looked at positively?
How is the pay?
Are their many non-clinical managers in project/programme management, operations and quality improvement?
Is their room for career growth/progression?
