Just back from a great day out at Niagara Falls with the family to celebrate my 40th birthday, and yes you can all call me the auld git now !!! :D :D

Weather was amazing, falls were breath taking and it was so cold which made it even better.

Well I,m over the hill now and pushing towards the big 50 now :thumbup:

Happy birthday to you life is what you make it. My wife keeps telling me to grow up.
But I think age is all in the mind, because if you concentrate on the mind you can’t feel the body moaning and groaning with pain.
