Halifax next year?
 

We would like to visit Halifax next year but we are having trouble fitting stuff in around school breaks etc.

I did go once last year for 48 hours with a nightmare plane journey which I wrote on BE about (but I went in June).

Would Spring break be a bad time to visit from the point of view of the weather (or any other factors)? Am I correct in thinking it would about 4 or 5 degrees (C)?

It can be very hit and miss. If you are lucky it could be mild and calm. If you are unlucky it could be a Nor Easter with 30cm of snow everything will be shut down. I personally would not unless you are going to wait until the last minute to book and it will cost you more flights etc.

I would stick to July - end October if you dont want to take any chances, unless there is a hurricane.
