Halifax job boards ?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where you can hunt down and research jobs in Halifax's industrial harbourfront.
I've been trying to find info on the container docks, refinery, tugs etc... but come up blank.
I've searched the job bank, career beacon, the websites of the companies that run them but 0.
Are these local closed shops ?
