THe only positive thing about the high property prices in the UK at the moment is that it will enable me to release sufficient funds to clear all my mortgage committments and leave enough to buy a decent house in Canada, other then that I despair at the escalating prices, and the impact it has on rural areas and on youngsters just starting up home.
