Come to Kamloops, long hot summers, mild winters with snow and not rain. Loads of lakes, University, 3.5hrs drive to Vancouver, cheaper housing and best of all, gas under $1

You can have mine. I've not met him in 11 years - it's always a 3-4 days wait for an appointment, which is useless when you're ill enough to need to see him.

I know you were being facetious, but 3-4 days isn't bad at all. My Doctor is booking appointments for 3-4 weeks
