Goods to Follow

Hi

I have a quick query.

I am a Canadian Citizen through descent. I have never been to Canada before. If I was to move to Canada would I require to have a Goods to Follow List being a citizen?

Depending on the answer to this one, I may or may not need the answer to the next scenario.

If my husband was to apply for PR. When he lands, he needs a GTF list. However if I do not need one, can I just take everything we own over as my stuff, so he could effectively come without a GTF list?

Thanks

As you have never lived in Canada you should not be classed as a former resident. You would both be classed as settlers and you need to read these.
