Goods to Follow

Hi Guys

I had a question regarding Goods to Follow issue. When I came to canada from US I gavce them 2 lists; as we all did i guess. Goods importing and Goods to Follow. Know how can i get my Goods to Follow from US. Can any of my relatives get it for me. Can I get it by mail or something. What kind of documnets will i Need to give to my relative/friend if they can bring my Goods to Follow.
