Goods accompanying list - a quick question
Leaving for Canada tomorrow (waaahh!). Just doing my goods accompanying/goods to follow lists, but want to check:
Husband is arriving in first instance as a visitor (although has COPR through spousal sponsorship but is going to land properly in a couple of weeks time). Will he need a goods accompanying list when he gets there tomorrow, or is that only when he lands properly? Cheers! |
Re: Goods accompanying list - a quick question
If he isn't "landing" for immigration he doesn't need a goods to follow list.

You might earn a wagging finger from the mods for bumping you own thread. :)
As a non-expert .. I don't think he needs a goods to follow list unless he is arriving with the intention to establish a residence in Canada. He should just be able to enter and leave as a visitor. |
