Cheers!!! Thanks!

:)

Forgot to mention... they didn't ask for any extra stuff. i.e. Police certs, proof or earnings etc. Despite the fact that I had been meaning (for 12 months) to send them updated mortgage statement, payslips, p60's and job details for hubbie - they didn't want any more info. Just 3 more photos, medicals and pay the fees!

Hey congrats ! Getting closer now.... must be quite exciting ?

We'd like to think we are getting closer ourselves as we are in the same kind of timeframe but well, who knows ? Assuming you had an assessment letter / interview waiver letter quite soon into the process ?

Hope all moves on quickly for you now and that everything goes well from here on.

Rich/Nicky.

Many thanks George and Rich!!!

It is a VERY exciting time (although it was only last night, so I suppose I may still be running on adrenaline!!! ;) ), but we've now realised that we have a lot to do. The last 15 months I've been trying not to think about the application and trying to always assume the worse.
Having said that, I do already have quotes for shipping etc... so it's not too bad, and we know who we'll be selling the house through I think.
After all these months of sitting and waiting, it'll good to feel productive and like we're getting somewhere.

The only communication we had after applying was the AOR, and now the request to attend medicals.
12 months from AOR to medical requests isn't long!!! :) You should be any week now!!!

Medicals were booked this morning, Nuffield Hospital in Glasgow - 21st Feb. £185 each for the kit & kaboodle. :) YEAH! Here's hoping we have nothing nasty or flesh eatingy!

Cheers!
