Getting a travel document

Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to process a Travel document at the London High Commission.

I have searched their website, but couldn't find any information on how long it takes, no contact phone nos .
I need to apply for my kids - their PR cards seem to be in limbo.

We are Nigerians, Myself and OH have our PR cards but for some reason we have not received for the kids and we need to leave for canada urgently, as I have an interview in 2 weeks.

This page suggests that the turn-around time for returning residents is fairly quick:

You may need to plan for your wife/children to fly back to Canada after you unless you can organise something quickly.
