Thickwood and Timberlea sub-divisions are both good choices. Thickwood has older homes if that is what you like (by old I mean 20 years or so not the old we are used to in the UK!), Timberlea has a mix of older neighbourhoods and new builds. Neither of these areas are very far apart and we have happily lived in them both.
