Food for thought, Nova Scotia
An interesting Article in the Chronical and Herald Things are on a slippy slope downwards! This article I think was written a year ago. The numbers today are declining further. People are leaving in droves. Particularly the professional people who just have no incentive to stay. Large amount of Doctors are leaving, as they state 'the government is simply not giving us any incentive to stay" There is just no money available. Sad situation all round.
