I'm not sure how things go for you as far as papers needed but if you can, I'd like to suggest you consider flying into/ out of Buffalo, NY when possible. You will save a major amount of money. Myself, my relatives and friends usually opt to fly in/out of Buffalo when possible to make trips a lot more affordable.
