Smile First time visiting Canada

Hi!

I will be visiting Canada for the first time in about a month, I will be entering on a multiple entries visa.

I plan on visiting Toronto, ON for about a week, I know during mid FEB the weather is not really that good for tourism and staying in is a must, yet and still I'm happy 'bout it!

What should I expect from CBSA when entering the country?

CBSA will ask you about the purpose of your trip, how long you will be staying and where are you going. If you have job interviews then tell them or copies of resumes etc. They will probably ask to see a return ticket and how much money you have access to to ensure you have sufficient funds for your stay and will leave. If only staying for a short time they will just stamp your passport and no other documentation required.

A very big welcome to BE, we hope that you have a great first trip

Yes, I'd bring some warm clothes...it will indeed be chilly!

Best of luck!

Enduring the weather is a Canadian sport and we still need to get on with life so not going outside is not an option. Make sure you cover that exposed skin and bring a pair of good warn boots. Have a good trip over and have some fun.
